Ingredients:
- 1-2 eggs
- Boiling water
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- Salt, pepper
Extras:
- Toast
- Grated cheese
- Ham
- Tomatoe
Recipe:
- Boil water in a pot or frypan, atleast about 10 cm. high.
- Add about one tablespoon vinegar.
- When water gently simmering crack an egg carefully & gently into the water.(A good tip here is to first crack the egg into a short glass, and then slowly slide it into the water.)
- Cook for 4-5 minutes for a runny middle, or about 8 minutes for hard boiled.
- Serve on toast with a little grated cheese, salt, pepper & even a slice of ham under the egg if you have some.
