Fried rice
Serves: 1-2
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1-2 eggs
- about 1 cup veggies:
- frozen vegies
- frozen peas
- carrot, little cubes
- tomatoe, cubes
- celery
- brocolli
- Ham or bacon - optional
- Soy sauce
- Salt and pepper
Recipe:
- Cook rice/get out cooked rice, leftovers
- Heat pan or wok & add a little oil. Add carrots & veggie and fry for about 4 min.
- Add some more oil & stir in rice. Keep stirring for about 3-5 mins, until rice is hot. Add a dash of soy sauce + salt & pepper.
- Crack eggs straight onto the rice & stir through until cooked, about 2 mins.
- Serve + yum yum!
You could also serve a fried egg ontop for flavour.
