Fried rice

Serves: 1-2 

Ingredients:

  •  2 cups cooked rice
  • 1-2 eggs
  • about 1 cup veggies:
    • frozen vegies
    • frozen peas
    • carrot, little cubes
    • tomatoe, cubes
    • celery
    • brocolli
  • Ham or bacon - optional
  • Soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper

Recipe:

  1.  Cook rice/get out cooked rice, leftovers
  2. Heat pan or wok & add a little oil. Add carrots & veggie and fry for about 4 min.
  3. Add some more oil & stir in rice. Keep stirring for about 3-5 mins, until rice is hot. Add a dash of soy sauce + salt & pepper.
  4. Crack eggs straight onto the rice & stir through until cooked, about 2 mins. 
  5. Serve + yum yum!

You could also serve a fried egg ontop for flavour.
