Super quick noodle soup
Time: 5- 10 min
Ingredients:
- 1 pack of quick noodles
- 1 carrot - grated
- 1 stick of celery - chopped
- 500 ml boiled water
Recipe:
- Boil water
- Throw noodles, carrot, celery and flavour (or half a vegetable stock cube) into a saucepan.
- Add water and boil 2-3 minutes
- You can drain it, or have it soupy. I like soupy with a slice of bread.
You can leave the flavour/stock out alltogher if you like. Just put in some salt and pepper for a more healthy version.
Cheese, ham variation:
Ingredients:
- noodles
- Chopped ham
- Grated cheese
- Egg
- Salt, pepper
- Oil
Recipe:
- Cook noodles and drain
- Add back to pan on low heat with a little oil
- Crack in an egg and stir
- Add chopped ham
- Take off heat and add grated cheese
- Add salt and pepper.
