The stuffed spud
Ingredients:
- 1-2 potatoes
- 1 chopped tomato
- grated cheese
- mince, carrots, mushrooms etc. as extras
Recipe:
- Put one potato in a thin plastic bag, poke with a fork and microwave on 400 watt for about 8 mins, or until soft.
- Cut a “V” shape out of the top half of the spud. Scoop out some of the insides, mix with tomato, cheese and other extras. Top with a bit of extra cheese.
- Pop back in microwave for 2-3 minutes.
